TASCAM CD-D13 CD duplicator features 10 functions that include Copy, Test, Test &Copy, Verify, Compare, Prescan, Disc Info, Edit Track, Setup, and Advanced Setup. TASCAM CD-D13 can duplicate your master disc up to 52x speed in a little over three minutes. The TASCAM 1x3 CD Duplicator performs continuous copying with no waiting and is an ideal CD duplicator for the advanced user.

Stand Alone Unit
This TASCAM CD-D13 duplicator is a stand-alone disc-to-disc CD Duplicator system that does not require connection to a computer.

Copy
To make a copy of your source disc, simply place your source disc in the CD reader and a blank media disc in the CD writer and close. The duplicator will automatically make a copy of your master CD.

Test & Copy
The test and copy feature performs and test and copy function in one easy step. If the simulation does not detect any problems the copy process will begin automatically.

Test
The test function of TASCAM CD-D13 enables the target drive to emulate and adjust it's laser to the proper intensity to ensure a perfect copy of your master CD. The disc remains blank after the test is complete and is only recommended if you are planning to use non-supported media.

H/W Diagnostic
This function detects the devices connected to the interface board and checks for functionality.

Load Default
If the TASCAM CD-D13 duplicator fails to function properly, simply reset the default factory settings to start over again.

Stand Alone and USB Modes
The Stand Alone and USB Modes enables or disables the USB port for media transfer

Prescan
The prescan feature of TASCAM CD-D13 will scan the source disc to determine the maximum data/audio extraction speed.

Edit Track
You can use the Edit Track feature to edit your collection of favorite songs from different audio discs to your target disc.

Disc Info
The disc info function allows you to display complete information about the source disc.

CD to CD Edit
With this feature you can select specific tracks from various audio discs and combine them to create a collection of favorite songs or other data on a single disc.

Setup
The Setup menu contains a list of options that enable you to change the original default configuration to a configuration that will suit your duplication needs.

Close Session
The close session feature will finalize your CD-R. After this has been finalized you cannot add anything else to the disc.

Burn Speed
This setting controls the writing speed of the target drive. You can lower or raise the writing speed for your target disc depending on your duplication needs.

Auto Prescan
This setting controls automatic prescan in the source disc whenever a data/audio disc is inserted in the source drive.

Burn Mode
The Burn mode controls three writing methods that include Disc At Once (DAO), Track At Once (TAO) and TAO Not Close.

Eject Disc
There are three different settings for the ejection disc mode. This includes eject good disc only, eject all disc or the do not eject disc. You can specify which way you want to eject your media once it has finished duplicating.

Language
With this duplicator you have the option of displaying the text in English or Spanish.

Read Speed
You can adjust the read speed of the source drive and the target drive.

Auto Start Drive
This setting enables the CD Duplicator to auto-start the copy or test process as soon as a blank disc is inserted into the target disc. The default setting is OFF

Display Time
You can display the amount of time each copy process takes with this function.

Device Info
You can display the information of the target and the source discs with the device info feature.

Button Sound
You can turn the button sounds off or on with this feature.

Startup Menu
This setting selects one of the menu items to be displayed as the first menu item when you turn on the CD Duplicator. COPY is the default menu item selected.

Auto Verify
When you have the Auto Verify feature turned on, the duplicator will automatically verify your target disc after the copy process has ended.

Auto Compare
When you have the Auto Compare feature turned on, the duplicator will automatically compare your target disc to the source disc after the copy process has ended.

Quick Erase
This TASCAM CD-D13 duplicator offers a quick erase option for your CD-RW discs.

Full Erase
The full erase function will erase everything on your CD-RW media discs. This function will take longer than the Quick erase.
