This person must be able to:
- Handle customer emails and phone calls.
- Provide pre-sales support.
- Take phone orders and process online orders.
- Handle customer complaints and returns.
- Resolve shipping errors.
This person must also be able to work independently in
fast-paced environment, be able to accomplish multiple
tasks while staying organized.
Required Skills:
- Prior sales or customer support experience.
- Experience in handling difficult customers.
- Excellent phone skills and professional writing skills.
- Related industry knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Detail oriented, and organized.
- Proficiency with computer (Internet, Microsoft
Office).
- AA degree or above.
