Currently we are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to fill customer support and inside sales positions in our San Jose office.

Inside Sales / Business Development

As a sales representative, you will be:
- take phone calls and provide emails support for our Internet customers,
- prospecting for new clients and opening new accounts,
- maintaining business relationships with new and existing accounts,
- increasing sales with existing accounts.

Requirements:
- Strong sales and cold call skills are a must.
- Must be proficiency in business/telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of Pro Audio equipment is preferred.
- Experience in sales in educational or school market is preferred.
- Existing related client base is a big plus.

Customer Support

This person must be able to:
- Handle customer emails and phone calls.
- Provide pre-sales support.
- Take phone orders and process online orders.
- Handle customer complaints and returns.
- Resolve shipping errors.

This person must also be able to work independently in fast-paced environment, be able to accomplish multiple tasks while staying organized.

Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer support experience.
- Experience in handling difficult customers.
- Excellent phone skills and professional writing skills.
- Related industry knowledge.
- Detail oriented, and organized.
- AA degree or above.
