Line 6 DT50 HD

 Guitar Amplifier Head is an amplification system that configures and adapts its analog components and digital modeling in real time.

That's to say, the DT50 amplifier reconfigures the tube power section to provide the optimal tone in an instant when you select a model. The digital section monitors the tube power section and can adjust the DSP in real-time.

The tubes offers more distortion at high volumes and the modeling delivers more of the coloration at low volumes. The digital section now "talks" to the analog section, and vice versa.

The benefit is that you can always get great tone and authentic feel at all volumes.
