Its worth twice as much as it is!!! There nothing that comes close in terms of features anywere near its price range. When I went keybord shoping my budget was no more than a $1200 and i ended up getting this for $500. I know its a just a controler but still!

My church bought this controller a little less than a year ago, at three months I noticed that one of the keys was hit hard than the others, and now I have at least eight keys that do the same, I know I'm a hard player, but the hammer action is very flimesy, and in order for me to fix this problem, I need to send the board to m-audio in Cal. and be without a key board for up to eight weeks

ive had mine for 6 months and nothings gone wrong so far. Its pretty solid but im still careful with it. Its really heavy. There is no keyboard ive played that felt like a real piano and neither does this one. The keys go down farther than most but after you get used to it, it is very capable of expressive playing. The sliders and knobs have a very nice feel. I think it will hold up for a wile if i continue being careful. Its worth twice as much as it is!!! There nothing that comes close in terms of features anywhere near its price range. I would bye another one if m-audio hadn’t thought of something more ingenious by then. M-audio is a great company and puts lots a thought into there products. With out question the biggest bang for your buck around !!

Controls galore!! It was a little confusing at first but after i downloaded enegma from the m-audio site all the controls became incredibly useful. I use them as a mixing board and to give a more hands on feel to affects. No after touch which i don’t care about. Four overlapable zones which are awesome. Good integration with software like reason and live, a few minore quibbles there but that’s mostly the software’s fault. Overall incredible features!

You will be hard pressed to find a controller with this many features in this price range. Tons of sliders and knobs. More parameters to tweak than most 88-key controllers. Looks mean, is absolutely HUGE and heavy. Blue backlight to screen and buttons. Key feel is good for this price range, but it is not a piano by any means, but again, look at features for cost here, and keys are weighted. Worth Every Penny!

This unit is made of plastic... I believe that this is a fairly standard manufacturing approach for the cost effective MIDI Controller market. I thought the keys were a little less than desired, but overall build quality and cosmetics are good. Despite its shortcomings, there is no other controller on the market at this price point that is quite like this. Sure there are better feeling keyboards, but they cost over $2000!

The keystation pro 88 is packed with features. I love the knobs and I actually think there's almost too many of them. Most tracks I have produced I've only ended up using about half. The possibilities are there though for some serious control of your synths. This thing is a dream for anyone into producing drum n bass, techno, etc. Makes your software studio almost fear like hardware.

M-Audio have really filled a gap in the market for this kind of keyboard (Keystation Pro 88), I’ve never met a [sub-$1000] stage piano with all these features, let alone one that sounded so good.

I think the keystation pro 88 midi controller keyboard is the best on the market. Has great features! Price was too good to be true though. Honestly I have nothing negative to say about it. The keys feel great and it has plenty of controllable knobs. More than I'll need for now.
