We are an authorized online dealer of every product we carry.
  • All our products are purchased directly from the manufacturers.
  • Many products can be serviced under manufacturers warranty in our service shop or any other authorized repair centers in the country (USA).
  • As an authorized dealer, we have received proper training/information on current products to help customers to make educated decisions on the equipments being purchased.
note - Products purchased from a non-authorized dealer (gray market goods) may not be covered by the manufacturers warranty.

International Warranty
Please be aware that some products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S.. Buyers should always contact your local distributors for warranty service. If warranties are not provided in your countries, they will be covered by either Gigasonic or the manufacturers (U.S.) under our service agreement.
