Roland Mobile Studio Canvas SD-50

 is a powerful, pocket-sized sound module, MIDI and Audio computer interface, and audio file player device, created by Roland and Cakewalk. The SD-50 sound module also includes Cakewalk Sonar 8.5 LE software, making it a completely portable studio for songwriters, musicians, producers, karaoke and more.

Up to 1,125 quality sounds are suitable for the gamut of music styles, including GM and GS banks for Standard MIDI File (SMF) playback. The SD-50 is a 2 in / 2 out audio and MIDI interface, with a microphone input and Hi-Z input for guitars and other instruments. In additional to all this, the SD-50 will also playback SMF, MP3, WAV and AIFF files, making it a completely portable audio player.
