 shotgun microphone is designed for professional field and studio production applications, providing a flat-and-wide frequency response, excellent sensitivity of -33dB and a low inherent noise level of less than 18 dB SPL. The ECM-VG1 delivers exceptionally smooth and natural sound reproduction.

As a lightweight shotgun mic, the ECM-VG1 maintaind good balance even when mounted on compact camcorders. The built-in two-position low-cut switch offers a simple method of reducing the effects of unwanted ambient noise.
