Sony HVR-S270U

 is a shoulder-mount camcorder that delivers the enhanced functionality professionals have been waiting for: an interchangeable lens system, native progressive recording, and solid-state memory recording and supports standard-size cassettes for extended recording times. It features 1080/24p/30p HDV native progressive recording modes and also has HDMI or HD/SD-SDI output.

In addition, the HVR-S270U camcorder can also record directly to compact flash cards, via the camera's supplied memory recording unit. It's a great camcorder for almost any production, including documentaries, news, low-budget movies, music videos and industrials, combining with Sony's entire family of HDV products.
