The BOSS RE-202 Space Echo Digital Delay Pedal looks just like the RE-201 and has all of the original unit’s functions, including the 12-position mode selector. The RE-202 has a slew of additional features that expand the Space Echo’s appeal to today’s musicians. There is double the delay time available, as well as a fourth virtual tape head that unlocks five more sound options. There is also an echo kind that adjusts the distance between the heads, something the original does not allow.
