The Radial Engineering Reamp HP is designed to receive the signal from an interface’s headphone output port. Connect on the go without having to repatch wires or dig around behind a studio desk or equipment rack. Simply assign the track you wish to Reamp to the right channel of your headphone output and you’re ready to record. Assign stereo tracks to the Reamp HP and sum them down using the mono button.
Users are not limited to Reamping recordings from your audio interface because the Reamp HP accepts both 1/4″ and 3.5mm inputs. Connect a smartphone or tablet to the Reamp HP and combine a sound creation app with your favorite pedals and amps to create new sounds. The Reamp HP has an isolation transformer and a ground lift switch to assist reduce hum and buzz and provide a clear recording, as well as a level control for fine-tuning the output signal.
