The DR-07X’s layout has been updated to make it easier to use with only one thumb. Recording, altering levels, deleting takes, and adding marks are all done with a single button click.
This digital audio recorder has adjustable unidirectional microphones that may be utilized in both the A-B and X-Y positions for recording. Advanced microphone placement enables professional-quality recordings by allowing either a broad stereo sound recording or a clear stereo sound recording with minimal phase difference.
Powered with only two AA batteries, the DR-07x has a long battery life. When recording with typical 2ch WAV, 44.1kHz/ 16bit format and alkaline batteries, recording lasts 17.5 hours when utilizing built-in microphones. The TASCAM DR-07x may also be powered by a USB mobile battery for extremely long periods of time.
