The Roland EC-10M ELCajon Mic Processor is a one-of-a-kind, cutting-edge creative instrument for acoustic cajons. It enhances and emphasizes your cajon sound, ensuring that your performance is always heard, whether you’re playing in small clubs or on enormous stages. Additional sounds, such as a tambourine, shaker, djembe and electronic drums, can be used in your performance. By adding an EC-10M to your percussion setup, you may transform a typical acoustic cajon into a versatile instrument. By simply connecting the specific clip-on mic to other instruments, such as a tiny cajon, an acoustic guitar, or even a cardboard box, the Roland mic processor can be used in addition to a normal acoustic cajon. With this, the acoustic cajon experience is recreated and expanded.

It’s simple to elevate your acoustic cajon performances to new heights with the Roland EC-10M. To create unusual hybrid sounds, just attach the specific clip-on mic to the cajon’s sound hole and blend the microphone processor tones with the acoustic sound. There include tambourine, surdo, splash cymbal and other percussion sounds in the 16 kits, as well as an acoustic snare drum and the Roland TR-808 snare. There are also built-in acoustic cajon tones with added ambience for enhancing the natural voice of your acoustic cajon with a powerful studio sound.

Features

  • Easy setup - simply attach the included clip-on condenser mic to the sound hole of the acoustic cajon and start playing
