The Presonus EarMix 16M AVB-Networked Personal Monitor Mixer allows any performer to rapidly tune in a great-sounding monitor mix. It only takes a few seconds to choose one of the 16 channels, adjust the level, and place it in the stereo field. After you’ve created your ideal mix, you may enhance it with EQ and limiting, which are available on every channel as well as the stereo mix bus. Best of all, you can save up to 16 preset mix scenes on the EarMix 16M for rapid recall, making it simple to build up recurring events.
All StudioLive Series III mixers and other AVB-capable platforms are compatible with the Presonus EarMix 16M personal monitor mixer. Stereo channel grouping and linking as well as AVB networking are features of the EarMix 16M. For the main mix and each channel, there is a three-band EQ and limiting. There are two balanced 1/4″ TRS connectors and a 1/4″ headphone output on the device. The headphone amplifier has the ability to power low impedance equipment, such as premium in-ear monitors. You may daisy-chain up to 24 EarMix units using a StudioLive Series III mixer and the two AVB jacks. Either the external power supply that comes with the device or PoE from a computer can power the EarMix 16M.
