 Stereo Chorus guitar pedal lets you add shimmering texture to your tone, and DigiTech HardWire CR-7's true bypass maintains the integrity of your signal when it's disengaged. The DigiTech HardWire CR-7 pros choose pedals with true bypass because it's the only way you're going to keep your tone exactly the way you want it between your guitar and amp. The CR-7 also features high-voltage operation for improved headroom over "conventional" pedals, plus seven different chorus types, ranging from Vintage and Analog to Modern and Studio.

True bypass
Serious musicians are highly selective in their guitar and amp choices. After all, it's the foundation of their tone. Adding effects to their signal chain is done judiciously. And when they turn off an effects pedal, they need to know DigiTech HardWire CR-7 is not creating undesirable noise or coloring the unique character of their tone. High-voltage operation
With the high-output pickups found on some electric guitars, it's not unusual to hear clipping when playing through an effects pedal. This occurs when the voltage range produced by a guitar's pickup is greater than the operating voltage of the effects pedal - normally limited to the voltage supplied by the effect's battery or power supply. DigiTech HardWire CR-7 hardWire pedals incorporate special circuitry that increases the operating voltage "headroom" above that of the typical pedal. As such, DigiTech HardWire CR-7 hardWire pedals are compatible with a wider range of guitars and are also at home in an amplifier's effects loop.
