The MDR-7509HD features large, 50mm driver units and amorphous diamond evaporated diaphragms, providing extended frequency reproduction and dynamic range, high power handling and the extended LF reproduction required by high res, high-definition recording systems. The MDR-7509HD is equipped with reversible ear cups for single sided monitoring, and a foldable design allows for convenient storage and transportation.
