MOTU 4PRE

 is a capable, compact audio interface with four microphone preamps and mixing. The 4PRE connects to any Mac or PC via FireWire or high-speed USB 2.0, thanks to MOTU's hybrid interface technology.

The 4PRE audio interface can record and play all channels at the same time, and high-speed USB 2.0 provides plenty of bandwidth, even at 96 kHz. Plus, the 4PRE can draw power from its FireWire connection to the computer, so you can operate remotely on laptop battery power. What's more, the 4PRE comes with AudioDesk workstation software, CueMix FX Software, and SAMPTE Console software.
